You can delete your MediScan account and all associated data in two ways:
Open MediScan → Profile → Delete My Account & All Data. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Submit your registered email below. This opens a pre-filled email to our team; send it from your registered address and we will delete your account within 7 business days.
What gets deleted: your profile, all prescription scans and images, medicine records, reminders, adherence history, and health conditions. Subscription billing is managed by Google Play — cancel there to stop renewals.
